Handwoven luxury goods inspired by Birds
I bought my wife a beautiful scarf and a drying towel for our new kitchen and was blown away by the intricate designs and color schemes! These are excellent complements to our home and I can’t thank the artist enough!
Purchasing this scarf as a gift for my mother’s birthday. As the title states, the tencel weave is sooo soft to the touch, and the quality is exquisite.. I’m sure my mom is going to love it.
I ordered two warps: Sacrad Kingfisher and Tui. The warps were ready sooner than expected and are exactly as advertised. They are beautiful and will make lovely scarves. Thank you, Sydney
Sydney's use of colors and designs are divine...and a tactile pleasure. They are so sophisticated and beautiful--I can't wait to see her yarn colorways!
Every skein and warp I have purchased is beyond expectations! Now to have more time to weave with them!
Sydney is an artist and knows what we would love to weave with!
I can't say enough good things about this beautiful garment! Not only is it fabulous looking, it is sooo soft and incredibly warm without being heavy. I wear it all different ways. Lately in this freezing cold weather I drape it around my shoulders like a shawl and then wrap it gently around my neck. I am a bird lover and this pattern reminds me of chickadees and downy woodpeckers; the tencel fabric is soft like feathers. It was so clearly made with love!
The exact color I wanted and beautiful too!
I was given one of Sydney’s infinity scarves for Christmas five years ago and it is still as soft and colorful as the day I received it. I love pulling it out as the weather starts to get cooler and it is the perfect blend of purples and blues - some of my favorite colors!
I am still astounded by the gorgeous creations Sydney Sogol has brought to life. I love, love, love my scarf and am impatient for colder weather so I can wear it more frequently.
95% of Syd's Threads pieces are made using Tencel, a material collected from tree farms planted on farmland not suitable for food crops or grazing. This means they are low-waste, eco-friendly, and vegan.
I craft with care, because I know you do too.
