Shipping policy

Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total at check out. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. 

We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS. Shipping upgrades and additional insurance are available upon request with additional charges. 

If you have ordered a custom piece add 4-7 weeks to allow for the piece to be created before shipping occurs. Once made I will inform you of its shipping date.

For international customers please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. Please keep this in mind if you have a deadline to meet. The number provided is the customs form, shipping upgrades are available upon request with additional charges.
